   Our Returns Policy

Wallpaper's may be returned to us for any of the following reasons:

- Changed mind
- Surplus rolls
- Faulty goods

In the case of change of mind or surplus rolls wallpaper's must be returned fully wrapped & still stocked by us.

In the case of faulty goods all wallpapers to be claimed for should have labels & a substantial sample of all faults, to help us to claim your money back.

What to Do…..

Please notify us that you would like to return your wallpaper's, if your paper is faulty please give as much detail as possible of the fault.

Wait for our reply in which you will receive all the details that you need of how to return them to us, do not post it to us unless we state that you should do so in our reply.

You will have to pay the carriage charge for the return, if you believe your paper to be faulty & upon testing we find it to be faulty we will re-in burse you for this cost. In the case of a fault you can choose to either have a full refund or have replacements sent to you with no carriage charged to you, however if you simply changed your mind or have surplus wallpapers, we can only offer you an exchange & you will have to pay the cost of carriage.
